Constance Macon

Constance Macon is President of Cambridge Management In this capacity she directs and guides the business affairs of the company. Connie started her career working as a property manager for a private real estate developer specializing in commercial real estate. In the course of this period she served her community as Director and President of the local Chamber of Commerce.

In 1999, Connie, President and owner, started Cambridge Management, Ltd., a third party property management firm servicing the Chicago metropolitan market. Connie is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), Real Property Administrator (RPA) and a licensed Real Estate Broker.

During her career, she has enjoyed her association with many successful commercial tenants including; Smith Barney, Morgan Stanley, Metropolitan Life, Wachovia Securities, Chase Mortgage, Bank of America, New York Times, and has also received security clearance from the Federal Bureau of Investigation to manage their sites and well as Government Services Administration facilities. In addition, she has also had the privilege of managing properties in the medical field, retail and residential areas.
